Ordering
Minimum order value: €50 (domestic) / €125 (international)
Small-order surcharge: €7.50 (for orders below the minimum value)

Goods Acceptance
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Have any missing items or damage confirmed in writing by the delivering carrier. Without this confirmation we cannot arrange a replacement delivery.

Returns
Goods can be returned only after prior notification by phone or in writing. If this requirement is not met, we will refuse acceptance. Returns are at your expense and the goods must be in resalable, first-grade condition. We cannot accept returns of robot-mower garages without protective film.

The dimensions and weights given in the catalogue are subject to production-related variations.
